What we do
Professional bus, minibus and coach rental services throughout Australia and New Zealand for group travel, tours, corporate transport, events, airport transfers and private hire. is a booking service. We take your trip details, ask accredited, insured Australian transport operators to price it, and arrange the booking with the operator you accept. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. The operator provides the vehicle and driver and is responsible for carrying out the trip.
Quotes
A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as described in your request, and states what is included, how long it is valid and the cancellation terms that apply. Tolls, parking, ferry fares, national park entry and any venue charges are shown on the quote where they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price may change, and we will tell you before anything is charged.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing after you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the operator and the vehicle, and they are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can using the details on your confirmation.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate addresses, times, flight or sailing details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child restraints and oversized luggage. Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, including wearing seat belts where fitted. Drivers of heavy vehicles must follow the fatigue rules that apply in each state and territory, which can shape long itineraries.
Responsibility for the trip
The operator is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the safe performance of the trip. We are responsible for handling your booking with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that booking.
